SCENIC RIDES TO THE MOST SCENIC SPOTS ON THE Tauplitzalm
Our hotel's own "tractor train" is great fun for the kids and ultra-relaxing for their parents. Extremely comfortable for anyone who's tired of walking and very convenient for people unable to walk significant distances due to health reasons.
The magical nature of the Tauplitzalm is there for everyone to enjoy!
Chauffeured by Herbert, our senior owner, during this one-hour ride you will learn a lot about the Tauplitzalm and be introduced to some of the most beautiful lookout points: Totes Gebirge. Grimming. Gesäuse. The small mountain church in the idyllic center of the Tauplitzalm, and the so-called Steirersee Bench with a view of the legendary Sturzhahn, which was first climbed by mountaineering legend Heinrich Harrer.
The tractor train runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 a.m. from mid-June until the end of September.
Our hotel guests are able to board right outside Hotel Hierzegger.
