Thanks to only 30 rooms, you have a perfect opportunity to get to know your hosts in person. Be that at the reception, as you are being served, or while you sip on a glass of beer at the bar. We will always give you our best, every single day. If you, dear guests, like us, feel "superior" - just as our hotel rating promises - than we can rest assured that we have indeed succeeded in our mission of providing heartfelt hospitality at its best.
Altaussee,
Bad Aussee, Grundlsee, Tauplitz and Bad Mitterndorf. Landmarks in a region we are so proud to call home: Ausseerland - Salzkammergut, famous as a unique source of power and renewal. That said, and as much as we value the beautiful places that do lie down in the valley, the focus of our lives is up here at the Tauplitzalm. On the "Alm", surrounded by alpine pastures, the clocks seem to tick a little slower than elsewhere, more mindful of the rhythms of nature itself. Something which excites our guests and turns them into regulars, which, of course, thrills us to bits!
We understand that the life we lead on the beautiful Tauplitzalm only becomes "the good life" in combination with a healthy dose of sincerity and humanity. In that regard, we are extremely grateful to our entire team for their hard work and the respect they show to everyone. Thank you to you all, you are our heroes! ;)
Whilst many guests feel that life surrounded by alpine pastures is "superior" per se, others are drawn by our location in the midst of a hiking and skiing area. Though when it comes to the meals we serve, everyone shares the same opinion: the breakfasts are amazing, matched only by dinner in the evening. As part of our deluxe half board, you will dine like royalty. Furthermore, you will be able to indulge yourself in our wellness amenities with panoramic views. And enjoy a convivial get-together at our cozy hotel bar. Back at your room meanwhile, you can look forward to all the creature comforts and total relaxation you long for.
The Hierzegger Family wishes you and us all a superior time on the "Alm".
