CANCELATION GUIDELINES
Free cancelation up to 3 months prior to arrival
Cancelation 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total amount
Cancelation 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total amount
Cancelation within the final week prior to arrival or in the event of no-show/premature departure: 90 % of the total amount
We strongly urge our guests to purchase holiday cancelation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung. Precise fees and details of coverage are provided at the time of booking.
DEPOSIT
Once you have booked, we ask you to make a deposit in the amount of € 150 per room to the following account:

Your booking will be confirmed as soon as your deposit has been received.
PAYMENT
You are welcome to pay your room bill in cash or with your EC-Card (please check with your bank about potential payment restrictions). We also accept VISA and MasterCard, though not for package offers!!
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Styrian tourism tax: € 2.50 per adult per night.
Toll charge for use of the Tauplitzalm Alpine Road upon arrival : € 16 per vehicle

At Hotel Hierzegger, your whole family will be in the very best of hands. Here with us, you won't have to pay extra for a baby crib/cot and we are happy to help you prepare your baby food. If you suffer from any food intolerances, let us know in advance and we will adjust our menu accordingly.
